Tom Gross From Coffee With Kenobi Answers Our Quick Fire Questions

On this week's 'Quick Fire Questions' we have Tom Gross from Coffee With Kenobi.  Tell us about yourself, Tom: I am Tom Gross.  Some know me as the Cycling Librarian or the CWK newsman.  Others call me Dungeon Master and a couple call me #GymnastDad.   As one may guess from my many titles, I love a lot of stuff, and I like to keep busy.  I make my living as a high school librarian which gives me a great opportunity to promote reading and storytelling!  Outside of the library, you might find me riding the rural roads on my road bike or cheering on my children in gymnastics competitions.  Four years ago, as a life long fan of the Star Wars saga, I  joined the Coffee with Kenobi family. Right, here we go with the quick fire questions.  Good luck, Tom! You're stuck in a swamp on Dagobah (Star Wars). What one movie, TV show, album and book would you take?  Rogue One, Star Wars Rebels, John Cougar Mellencamp Scarecrow album, Dun...

Quick Fire Questions With Ross Williams It's back!  Yes, after a three year break we have brought back our Quick Fire Questions.  What is it you may ask?  Well, if you've watched James Lipton's Inside The Actor's Studio then you will be aware that at the end of the interview the guest will get asked a set of random quick fire questions.  The idea is not to think too much about the question and just have some fun. In the past we've featured guests such as Jimmy Mac of RebelForce Radio , singer Darren Hayes , E.T's Robert MacNaughton  and Nathan Hamill to name a few. To kick start the new round of Quick Fire Questions we have Ross Williams from the extremely popular Jaws website, The Daily Jaws .   Ross created the site back in 2015 and it has become the number one source for all things Jaws.  Recently, they hit the news with their recent #WeMake project where they recreated the whole movie made up entirely of fan recreations.  If you've n...

10 Years Of The Bearded Trio - Robert MacNaughton Answers Our Quick Fire Questions The Bearded Trio is 10 years old this year so we've become a little nostalgic and decided to post some of our favourite posts from over the years.  To kick us off we have our short interview with E.T. I met Robert at London Film & Comic Con in 2013 and he kindly agreed to answer my questions.  I said to not think about them too much and tell me the first thing that comes to mind, hence the short answers.  Here we go: You're stuck in a swamp on Dagobah. What one movie, TV show, album and book would you take? MY movie would be The Fighter and TV show - Survivor (S...

Jason Aron Of The Back In Time Documentary Answers Our Quick Fire Questions

Our quick fire question feature has made a return and our first guest is Jason Aron.   Jason is the director of a very exciting documentary called Back in Time and yes it's all about Back to the Future !  To quote from the Back in Time website : The documentary film Back in Time is, at its heart, a look at the very real impact the Back to the Future movies have had on our culture. Funnily enough, the film’s genesis is a testament to how large that impact truly is. The project’s origins are humble: what started as an amusing addition to a Bar Mitzvah video, just happened to resonate and get stuck in director Jason Aron’s head. The Back to the Future trilogy had been a childhood inspiration which led to his career in film, and the idea of the De Lorean time machine wouldn’t leave his thoughts alone. Shooting in London, England during a Back to the Future event, hundreds of attendees in 1950’s attire were captured for the documentary as they reveled in their shared l...
