Movie Review: Disney's Joyous "Chrisopher Robin" is an Instant Classic

CHRISTOPHER ROBIN Starring Ewan MacGregor, Hayley Atwell, Bronte Carmichael, Mark Gatiss Featuring the voices of Jim Cummings, Brad Garrett, Toby Jones, Peter Capaldi,   Nick Mohammed , Sophie Okonedo and Sara Sheen Screenplay by Alex Ross Perry and Allison Schroeder Directed by Marc Forster Reviewed by Patrick & Paul Gibbs  Out of Four Let's get this out of the way right now: as you talk about this movie, whether online or in real life (for those of you who still do that) please stop saying "Feels" when you mean "Feelings." We can tolerate and even respect that millennials have their own slang, but a "feel" and a "feeling" are two very different things and when you say "all the feels!" in regards to a children's movie, it's not just obnoxious, it's actually really creepy. Now then: A.A. Milne's Winnie The Pooh is sacred text to us. In fact, that's putting it mildly, because the characters in t...

The time is at hand! The Doctor Who Christmas Special, "The Husbands of River Song," arrives tomorrow, Christmas Day. Two new clips have been released in advance of the special. In the first one, we see guest star Matt Lucas searching for a surgeon.... or a Doctor? In the second, the Doctor reunites with this wife, River Song.... and she has no idea who he is. Or does she? Hmmm... We'll have to see, I suppose. Finally, a little Christmas fun with Matt Lucas and Alex Kingston.... ..... and a Christmas greeting from Peter Capaldi, Jenna Coleman, Steven Moffat, and many others from Doctor Who !   For more about Doctor Who , please visit  http://www.bbc.co.uk/ Merry Christmas!! VIDEO: Doctor Who Behind-the-Scenes with "Hell Bent"

Spoilers for the Doctor Who series nine finale, "Hell Bent." Well, that's a wrap on series nine of Doctor Who! Are you caught up? What did you think? "Hell Bent" saw the Doctor back on his home planet of Gallifrey and, after the events of "Heaven Sent," he wasn't in the best of moods. Banishing Rassilon was a start, but the Doctor really wanted to snatch Clara from the grip of death -- and he would go to any length to make that happen. Let's take a look behind-the-scenes on "Hell Bent": Maisie Williams returned as Ashildr/Me, and met the Doctor and Clara at the end of everything. The Doctor got a sweet new sonic screwdriver! (Although, I hope the sonic sunglasses don't disappear altogether.) And Jenna Coleman looked back on her time traveling with the Doctor. Farewell (?), Clara Oswald! So, series nine is one for the history books -- but the Doctor returns this Christmas! Here's a look at ...

VIDEO: Doctor Who Behind-the-Scenes with "Heaven Sent"

Spoilers for the Doctor Who episode "Heaven Sent" (and "Face the Raven"). At the end of "Face the Raven," we saw the Doctor transported... somewhere.... after the death of Clara Oswald. In last Saturday's episode, "Heaven Sent," we saw where he went -- a mysterious castle with an equally mysterious creature, straight out of the Doctor's nightmares, known as The Veil. This episode was truly a standout on every level, featuring an exceptional performance by Peter Capaldi -- and the return of Gallifrey! Here's a selection of behind-the-scenes videos for "Heaven Sent." Time to take a look at "Hell Bent," the conclusion of series nine (outside of the Christmas Special, of course): For more on Doctor Who , please visit  http://www.bbc.co.uk . VIDEO: Doctor Who Behind-the-Scenes with "Face the Raven" (Spoilers)

*SPOILERS* for the Doctor Who episode "Face the Raven." It was announced several weeks ago that Jenna Coleman was ending her run on Doctor Who , and in last Saturday's episode, "Face the Raven," we bid an emotional farewell to Clara Oswald. Although we expected it, I doubt we were expecting the manner in which she would depart -- or the roles a returning Ashildr and Rigsy would play in her ultimate demise. Here are a few behind-the-scenes highlights from this episode: You were brave, Clara.... Truly. As we move into the future, let's take a look at what's next for the Doctor in the episode "Heaven Sent" : For more on Doctor Who, please visit  http://www.bbc.co.uk The Bearded Trio - The Site For Steven Spielberg, George Lucas and John Williams THE BEARDED TRIO ON FACEBOOK THE BEARDED TRIO ON TWITTER THE BEARDED TRIO ON GOOGLE+ THE BEARDED TRIO ON PINTEREST CLICK HERE FOR FACTS ON STEVEN SPIELBERG C...

VIDEO: Doctor Who Behind-the-Scenes with "The Woman Who Lived"

Spoilers ahead for last Saturday's episode of Doctor Who , "The Woman Who Lived!" So, after all the rumors and rampant speculation, we now know the truth of Ashildr -- or, rather, Me. She is uniquely her own person, not the newest incarnation of a previous character. Turns out, she's a fascinating character, as well. We always imagine immortality would be a great thing -- but, would it really? This episode suggests the cons outweigh the pros. It remains to be seen if Ashildr/Me will make a return appearance, although that final seflie shot certainly hints at a strong possibility. For now, why don't we take a look behind-the-scenes of "The Woman Who Lived?" In lieu of the usual Doctor Who Extra -- and on the heels of #MaisieCam --  we've got #RufusCam, featuring one of the co-stars of this episode, Rufus Hound (Sam Swift): First up, Happy Birthday to Peter Capaldi! Cover up those tattoos... Someone needs another take... The Vill...

The nature of Doctor Who , however, often leaves us with more questions -- which is part of the appeal, right? Ashildr's story continues in the conclusion to this two-parter, "The Woman Who Lived." What more will be revealed? In the meantime, let's take a look behind-the-scenes of "The Girl Who Died." Spoilers ahead, so look away if you're not caught up. VIDEO: Doctor Who Extras for "Before the Flood" and Trailer for Episode 5

A few days have passed since the Doctor Who episode "Before the Flood" wrapped up the second two-parter of series nine -- so here's hoping you're all caught up! We're going to have a look at the newest installments of Doctor Who Extra, so -- if needs be -- look away now to avoid possible spoilers! "Before the Flood," in which we meet the Fisher King.... Making the Fisher King's roar with Slipknot! Meet Paul Kaye as Prentis, the undertaker. Bit more from Paul Kaye as he recounts a childhood memory of Doctor Who. Creating the ghosts... Bonus: Doctor Who Theme-- The Rock Version! (I'd love for this to be permanent! Fits with Capaldi's Doctor nicely, IMO.) Finally, here's the trailer for the next episode, "The Girl Who Died," featuring Maisie Williams ( Game of Thrones ). Jenna Coleman is Leaving Doctor Who

It's been rumored for the last week or so, but today it's official -- Jenna Coleman confirmed she is leaving Doctor Who . She joined the series as companion Clara Oswald -- aka The Impossible Girl -- in 2012, during Matt Smith's tenure as the Eleventh Doctor, and is currently teamed up with Twelfth Doctor Peter Capaldi. However, her time in the TARDIS has come to an end as she has filmed her final scenes. Coleman said her exit has "been in the works for a long time" and she has already been cast as the Queen in the upcoming ITV series Victoria . On leaving the show, Coleman had this to say: "There's not a lot of jobs where you can go to work and have a spaceship and an alien as your best mate and also run away from monsters," she joked of her decision to leave. "It's been so much fun... I love it. It's such a unique beast." Jenna Coleman's final series begins with the premiere of Doctor Who on Saturday, September...
