Photos: Indiana Jones The Complete Adventures Blu-Ray What You Get Inside

What do you get in the collector's edition of Indiana Jones?  I had the box-set for Christmas (thanks to my wife) so I thought I would take a few photos to show you what you get.

Photos Of Me And Friends At Destination Star Trek London

Let me know what you think.  I've put together some of the photos we took at Destination Star Trek London.  First part are our photo shoots then the second part are random photos including items from the museum.  I'm the ugly one with the glasses.  Check out the video channel to see a thirty minute video diary of the event, a floor walk video and  a moment when I ask the SFX magazine what their favourite John Williams soundtracks are.

Oblivion Trailer With Tom Cruise. It's An Adult Wall-E

Oblivion trailer with Tom Cruise.  Part of the trailer actually makes me think this is an adult Wall-E.  Not looking bad though but my fear is that the trailer doesn't actually do a good job of telling you what the movie is all about and John Carter had the same problem and look what happened to that at the box office.

Does John Williams Pay Homage To Battlestar Galactica In The Phantom Menace?

I was listening to the expanded edition of Star Wars The Phantom Menace the other day and came across what I think is a tip of the hat to Battlestar Galactica.  There is a small part on the track entitled "Anakin Is Free" and about 1m30 seconds in you hear a small part of the signature tune from the 70's sci-fi tv series Battlestar.  Maybe its me but there is a definite similarity to the two.
There are ties between the two franchise.  Battlestar came about thanks to the popularity of Star Wars in 1977 and there is a link too with Ralph Mcquarrie who is a legend in the concept art field for both Star Wars and Battlestar.  In fact Mcquarrie came up with the design for the now famous colonial Viper ship.

Anyway take a listen and tell me what you think.  Is it me?  Am I clutching at straws?
Listen about 1m29 seconds in for the brief part that follows.

Was John Williams tipping his baton to the TV show or is just pure coincidence?  Let me know what you think.
