Photo of the Day - Harrison Ford on the set of E.T. The Extra Terrestrial.   Ford was cast as Elliott's school Principal and a scene was shot.  Back then Ford was dating (and later married) E.T. screenwriter Melissa Mathison.  He agreed to a cameo in the Spielberg directed movie. Spielberg said about the scene: “He did the scene where ET is home levitating all of the stuff for his communicator up the stairs. Elliot is in the principal’s office after the frog incident. We don’t ever see Harrison’s face. We just hear his voice, see his body. “Henry’s chair starts levitating, so as ET is lifting all of the communicator paraphernalia up the stairs, Henry starts rising off the ground in the chair until his head hits the ceiling,” the director continued. “Just as Harrison turns, ET loses control of the weight of everything and it all falls down the stairs, and Henry comes crashing down to the ground, and lands perfectly. Watch The Latest Promo Reel From Lucasfilm Sometimes it's easy to forget the creative process and the huge pool of talent that goes into bringing a two hour visual experience to the big screen, or the latest Star Wars VR experience to your headset. Lucasfilm over the last five decades have provided some of the most memorable visual and audio experiences ever created and it boils down to the huge amount of talent they have behind the scenes. This latest promo reel released by Lucasfilm shows just a snippet of that talent from George Lucas to Dave Filoni, from Star Wars to Indiana Jones and more.  Thank you Lucasfilm for creating worlds, heroes and galaxies that I want to be part of.  Here's to another five decades.  I raise my glass of blue milk to you.  The Force is most definitely with you. Also, we have a video where Kathleen Kennedy and Dave Filoni were interviewed after the event.  They explain how doing this kind of work never gets old.  Dave Filoni also reveals how he is always relieved when the secrets are out in the open. WATCH NOW: New Trailer Goes Live For The Mandalorian

Trailer For The Mandalorian The Mandalorian trailer has just been shown at Disney's D23 Expo and we can now share it with you.  The new Star Wars live action show will be available to stream on Disney's new streaming platform, Disney+ on November 12th. Jon Favreau is executive producer and revealed the show will get a weekly release rather than all episodes being released at once.  He also revealed that he is already working on a Season 2. "We're done with the first season and I was actually writing part of the second season now, so I'm having a blast," Favreau said. Earlier today the official poster was also revealed at the Disney Expo The Bearded Trio - The Site For Steven Spielberg, George Lucas, John Williams and a whole lot more.

Photos and Videos From The Jurassic Park In Concert That Took Place On August 17th At The Hollywood Bowl Huge John Williams fans and Patreon of The Bearded Trio, Douglas Meacham was lucky enough to attend the Hollywood Bowl on the weekend where Jurassic Park in Concert was being played.  The atmosphere was electric and of course they spared no expense in bringing the magical John Williams soundtrack from the Steven Spielberg 1993 classic to life.  Thanks to Douglas, we can experience a little of that magic as he has kindly sent us a few photos and videos.
