Lucasfilm At D23. Speculation Grows That Big Star Wars VII News Will Be Announced.

The word on the Star Wars street is that Disney's big convention next week called D23 will reveal some big Star Wars VII news. Celebration Europe brought us news that John Williams will compose but no casting news was revealed. San Diego Comic Con brought nothing so the speculative fans amongst us are thinking that Disney are wanting the big news for their own convention.

To add weight to this, Disney have updated the official D23 schedule for Saturday, and has added Lucasfilm to the list of divisions that will be presenting something at the 10:30am live action panel:

Explaining That "Weird" Cut In Poltergeist. Read The Missing Scene

Why Is There A Strange Cut In The 1982 Horror Classic, Poltergeist? If you're a fan of the 1982 Horror classic, Poltergeist then you will be very familiar with that "weird" cut in the movie. It's 32 minutes and 47 seconds in to the movie and the scene is where Diane is explaining the strange phenomenon that is happening in the kitchen. First, she shows to Steve a chair scraping across the floor all on its own then she does the same with Carol Anne.
