Irrfan Khan talked to Hollywood Reporter at the  River to River Florence Indian Film Festival and obviously Jurassic World was the hot topic. What can you tell us about your upcoming role in Jurassic World? I'm playing the park owner, a very flamboyant person. When the first Jurassic Park came out, I barely had the money to see it, and now I'm playing a part. He's trying to entertain the world with good intentions, but sometimes being flamboyant doesn't mean having much wisdom.  What can people expect from this film that's different from the original? For sure it will have more vibe. It's the Jurassic World of these times, with all the technical experimentation. It has now become a fully bloomed dinosaur amusement park. Dinosaurs in this film will definitely be scary, but this is not a horror film, so it will be like a scary adventure. During a Q&A at the screening of this year's Doctor Who Christmas special, Steven Moffat revealed that the title of the premiere episode of series 9 will be "The Magician's Apprentice." The start date for the new series wasn't announced, but it's assumed it will be some time next fall. No word on whether or not the Christmas special - titled "Last Christmas" - will be the last we see of Jenna Coleman as Clara Oswald, but it's already been confirmed that Peter Capaldi will be back as the Doctor. Star Trek's Chris Pine took to Good Morning America on Tuesday and gave some juicy info on the next Star Trek movie.  He said filming will commence sometime next year even though a director hasn't been officially announced yet after Robert Orci stepped down from the directors chair. "We're always the last to know as the actors. But there is a script somewhere out there and I'm pretty sure we'll get into making it happen sometime next year," he added. We've just been sent this press release for the latest casting news on Steven Spielberg's 'The BFG.' DreamWorks Studios announced today that newcomer Ruby Barnhill has been cast as the young girl, Sophie, in Roald Dahl’s beloved classic story, “The BFG.”  Steven Spielberg will direct the film adaptation of the children’s novel.  Published in 1982, “The BFG” is the tale of a young London girl and the mysterious Giant who introduces her to the beauty and peril of Giant Country. Barnhill joins Mark Rylance who has been cast as the “Big Friendly Giant.” “The BFG” will be 10-year-old Ruby Barnhill’s first feature film role.  She has been acting for two years and will appear in the upcoming BBC BAFTA award-winning children’s drama “Four O’Clock Club.”  Ruby lives in Cheshire with her parents, younger sister and Tom the cat and is a member of her local youth theatre. “I feel incredibly lucky and I’m so happy,” said Ruby Barnhill.  “Sophie gets to go o...
