Kathleen Kennedy And Frank Marshall Buy $15 Million Estate

Check out this wonderful property. It's now owned by Lucasfilm's Kathleen Kennedy and super movie producer, Frank Marshall. The property styled with Spanish flare recently sold for a cool $14,925 million. If only I knew this had been on the market. So annoyed I missed out.

The property was previously owned by the late "Golden Girls" star, Bea Arthur.

LATimes tell us:

A two-story stone-clad entry marks the front of the house. Inside, a vaulted beamed ceiling, skylights and a fireplace are among the living room's details. The kitchen flows into a great room with another fireplace.

Other living spaces include a formal dining room, a bar, an art studio, a den, a gym, a library/study, a media room, dual offices, five bedrooms, five full bathrooms and a powder room.

The four acres of grounds include such amenities as a swimming pool with a spa, trails and a tennis court. Mature oaks and sycamore trees dot the grounds.

Why Is There A Strange Cut In The 1982 Horror Classic, Poltergeist? If you're a fan of the 1982 Horror classic, Poltergeist then you will be very familiar with that "weird" cut in the movie.
