Lucasfilm Hunts Photo Leaker
Lucasfilm has called in the bounty hunter so to speak as they look to find whoever leaked a photo of costumes and design work from the upcoming 'Star Wars The Force Awakens.'Lucasfilm filed a subpoena request in federal court on Friday 30th January against ImageShack, under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
Lucasfilm are seeking information on user "Darth_Simi," who allegedly posted at least one unauthorized image to the ImageShack site on Oct. 29, 2014. Bring in Boba Fett!
The picture was taken down but not before it had hundreds of views. Imageshack have kept quiet so far.
We'll keep you updated. Personally I hope they get some results from this. The less information we have about the film the better. I want to go into that cinema on December 18th 2015 to watch The Force Awakens with no idea about the movie. As it was in 1977.
