Ten Year Old Auditions For Steven Spielberg's BFG

Ten year old Ruby Riley from Crackley Hall, Kenilworth, UK has auditioned for Steven Spielberg's recently announced adaptation of Roald Dahls BFG.

The pupil had to learn six pages of dialogue. The lucky pupil said:

“I was filmed while performing the dialogue and then I had to do some role play with the casting director. I think it went quite well. I wasn’t that nervous and just tried my best.”

The 15-minute audition in Birmingham has given Ruby a fighting chance of a call back with shooting due to start early next year.

Why Is There A Strange Cut In The 1982 Horror Classic, Poltergeist? If you're a fan of the 1982 Horror classic, Poltergeist then you will be very familiar with that "weird" cut in the movie. It's 32 minutes and 47 seconds in to the movie and the scene is where Diane is explaining the strange phenomenon that is happening in the kitchen.
