Disney Interactive Announce Tiny Death Star Game

Disney Interactive announced Friday that the new game, featuring the same 8-bit animation style that helped make “Tiny Tower” popular, will have players join Darth Vader and Emperor Palpatine to construct a new Death Star and interact with iconic characters from the sci-fi franchise while building intergalactic businesses on the space station.

LucasArts, the game division of Lucasfilm, and Disney Mobile developed the game with NimbleBit for mobile platforms. No release date has yet been set.

Deal follows a decision by Lucasfilm to get out of the videogame-making business and have LucasArts focus more on brokering licensing deals with other gamemakers.

Why Is There A Strange Cut In The 1982 Horror Classic, Poltergeist? If you're a fan of the 1982 Horror classic, Poltergeist then you will be very familiar with that "weird" cut in the movie.
