George Lucas - George Lucas Honoured At Ne-Yo's Charity Event

George Lucas was honoured by singer Ne-YO at a charity event in New York over the weekend (14-15th July, 2012) in support of kids in foster care.

The Star Wars director, who has three adopted children, was the guest of honour at the Fostering a Legacy benefit gala in East Hampton, New York on Saturday night (14Jul12).

The event was hosted by Ne-Yo in support of his Compound Foundation, which supports children in foster care, and the singer posted pictures from the party on his Twitter.com page, writing, "Compound Foundation event in the Hamptons today. Great time."

Why Is There A Strange Cut In The 1982 Horror Classic, Poltergeist? If you're a fan of the 1982 Horror classic, Poltergeist then you will be very familiar with that "weird" cut in the movie.
