Is That Boba Fett's Slave One In The Latest JJ Abrams Force For Change Video?

Just watching the latest Force For Change video and I noticed this in the background.  Is it me or does that look like Boba Fett's ship, Slave 1?  Take a look. It could be a trick of the light or a strategically placed prop in the background.  It would be typical Abrams. And Obi-Wan Kenobi knows, too, that to have lived his life without being Master to Anakin Skywalker would have left him a different man. A lesser man. - Matthew Stover’s Revenge of the Sith As I contemplate this tiny insert by Matthew Stover, I’m left to wonder how impactful Anakin’s training really was on Obi-Wan’s life. How often did he recall certain scenarios, wishing he would’ve acted instead of reacted ? Did he fully come to terms with the death of his own Master, Qui-Gon Jinn? A Jedi does not cling to the past … or does he? “Obi-Wan, promise….promise me you will train the boy. He is the chosen one. He will bring balance. LONDON FILM AND COMIC CON JULY 11-13TH 2014. Another Perspective.

LONDON FILM AND COMIC CON JULY 11-13TH 2014. A PERSONAL REVIEW. by Chris Hewer. This Summer's London Film & Comic Con from Showmasters was always going to be their biggest event ever given the amazing guest list that was scheduled to attend across the three day event. As a seasoned convention goer now, (having previously attended Destination Star Trek London, last Summer’s London Con plus Cardiff’s event twice now), the format was familiar enough to think I was prepared. For the most part I was - travel, accommodation and schedule. CHECK. Photo shoots paid and planned. CHECK. Autographs planned and space in my schedule to get these. CHECK. Just one or two last minute tickets needed after the online store had closed. No problem. Friday evening should be quiet enough to sort this one….. DAY 1:  We (that is our group of six people) started the journey from Newport South Wales at 1.30pm on Friday to get into London for 4.30 (ish.)  Given that we were staying just aroun...

Ratings for the series have been strong for the network, but it seems the story of the 2nd Mass and the Espheni has just about run its course.  The final season will wrap up with ten episodes, likely airing in Summer 2015. Star Wars Battlefront 3 Will Be Best Star Wars Game Ever According To DICE

According to DICE general manager, Karl-Magnus Troeddson, Star Wars Battlefront 3 will be the best Star Wars game ever.  Or at least they hope. “Historically DICE hasn’t worked on licenses that are not our own,” Troedsson told the latest issue of MCV. “ So this is different for us. If someone came to us with another licence then we’d probably say no but, in this case, Star Wars has a very special place in our heart. So when the chance to work on this game came up, we grabbed it. “But that comes with different kind of dependency that we haven’t had for a long time as we’re working with someone else’s IP. But LucasFilm has been absolutely spectacular. Everyone is approaching this with the same idea – that we are going to create the best Star Wars game ever.” Source:   Explosion.com THE BEARDED TRIO ON FACEBOOK THE BEARDED TRIO ON TWITTER THE BEARDED TRIO ON GOOGLE+ THE BEARDED TRIO ON PINTEREST

London Film & Comic Con 2014. A Day By Day Account And Review

I've just got back from a busy weekend at London Film and Comic Con held at Earl's Court and organised by Showmasters.  What a weekend!  Was it worth it?  Read on to find out.  Here's an account of the three days. Friday I arrived on the Friday at around seven in the evening with five others in our group.  We were supposed to arrive much earlier but the coach trip that normally takes two and half hours took six hours due to an accident that caused major traffic.  Not a good start but can't be helped. The first thing we did after getting in to the main area of Earl's Court was head to the ticket sales.  We had booked all our tickets on line but due to a few late guest announcements we queued for forty minutes to grab a photo shoot with Star Trek's Dominic Keating. We made the most of the preview day and used most of the evening looking around and making sure we knew the lay out and the updated schedule for the weekend.  This would turn o...
