Guest Blogger, Adam Yates Looks Back At His Cinema Experience In 2002.  A Vintage Year For Adam. I had successfully completed the first step in my master plan to bunk off school and be in the first showing for  Attack of the Clones . Back then I was convinced that the midday screening meant a better experience which I now know to be false.  My friend and I had snuck down beneath the window as our bus crawled past our school and towards the paradise that was 'the city centre.'   As Samwise Gamgee once said... "If I take one more step, it will be the farthest away from home I've ever been."  That was how it felt.  Our bus travelled down roads and streets I had never seen or at least never felt as alive and filled with other humans, most of whom wouldn't know a Wookiee if one came up and pulled their head off.  Once inside screen one and temporarily safe from the prospect of expulsion,  Clones  provided me with one of my best cinematic mom...

From the excellent official Star Wars Youtube channel we have a barrel of laughs in store for us as we are treated to a blooper reel from Attack of the Clones. Originally an Easter Egg found on the first DVD edition of Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones, this collection of a bloopers and outtakes shows that even the most powerful Jedi can awkwardly trip and fall. Again. And again. The video opens with a take from Anakin (Hayden Christensen) and Padmé's (Natalie Portman) discussion to go rescue Obi-Wan on Geonosis, in which the Senator tells the Jedi to "let go of me." Which he'd already done. Aside from acting miscues, there are also technical errors, including Christensen pulling a lever out of a speeder console and Artoo getting stuck maneuvering off a ship, among others.
