george lucas panasonic advert

george lucas panasonic advertWant to see a Panasonic video camera morph into George Lucas?  Don't say we don't treat you here at The Bearded Trio.  Check out this rather strange Japanese advert from 1992, promoting Panasonic's sponsorship of the 1992 Olympic games at Barcelona and in particular their Video Camera and editing equipment range.

Unfortunately most of George Lucas has been dubbed over with a Japanese translation but what we do get is a rather neat effect where a Javelin morphs into a bird and the finale, a Panasonic video camera morphing into the Star Wars director.

Click here to see another classic George Lucas Japanese advert where he floats with a video camera and Yoda.
